It is with delight that we announce the arrival of our new tenant, 4IRI, who moved into their fantastic new offices on the ground floor of Block 5 in September 2020. 4th Industrial Revolution Incubator, 4IRI, was established in 2018 to develop capability and capacity in the digital learning industry. It seeks to develop innovative city ecosystems by creating favourable conditions for the localisation of high-tech companies.
