Our mission at Block 5 is to develop a hub of positive energy and growth; something needed even more in the new, post-COVID-19, world we’re facing. It is with delight that we announce the arrival of our new tenant, 4IRI, who moved into their fantastic new offices on the ground floor of Block 5 in September 2020.

4^th Industrial Revolution Incubator, 4IRI, was established in 2018 to develop capability and capacity in the digital learning industry. It seeks to develop innovative city ecosystems by creating favourable conditions for the localisation of high-tech companies. Supported by PwC and SEDA, 4IRI runs learning programmes to teach critical skills to enable the workforce to adapt to the fourth industrial revolution work environment. (www.4iri.co.za)

From inception, the vision of Block 5’s developers has been to provide cutting edge premises for businesses that lead the pack in their respective fields and complement each other. It is important to us that Block 5 is home to a harmonious mix of brands; we admit that we’ve been selective about tenants and are delighted with the prime occupants we have. Having Block 5 fully occupied with a mix of complementary tenants brings our dream to fruition.
